1. Controls

All orders imply the customer's unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale. Any order sent to our premises will only become final after written confirmation from us. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all orders automatically imply the buyer's AGREEMENT TO OUR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, notwithstanding any stipulation to the contrary in the buyer's own General Terms and Conditions of Purchase. A validated order cannot be cancelled without the Supplier's written consent.

2. Deliveries

The delivery times mentioned on our offers are given as an indication and do not constitute a firm commitment. Only delivery times validated on order acknowledgements are to be taken into account.
Any delays in delivery beyond our control shall not give rise to any claim
for damages on the part of the Customer or cancellation of the order.
Goods travel at the Customer's risk, whatever the conditions of transport.
It is the Customer's responsibility to check the condition of the goods on arrival. Any reservation not made on the delivery note on the day of receipt of the goods will not give rise to any subsequent claim. Any shortage or damage to the goods must be reported by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to our head office within 48 hours. Any reservations mentioned on the delivery slip must be confirmed to the carrier by registered letter within three days of delivery, in accordance with article 105 of the French Commercial Code.

3. Billing

An invoice will automatically be issued and supplied to the customer upon delivery of the equipment.
Our prices are exclusive of VAT and DEPARTURE FROM FACTORY, plus SHIPPING CHARGES and VAT paid on debits.

4. Reservation of ownership

It is expressly agreed that the goods remain the property of the Supplier until full payment of their price by the Customer. Any order placed by the Customer implies acceptance of the present clause.
In the event of the Customer's receivership or liquidation, its current orders will be automatically cancelled without the need to give notice if the products have not yet been delivered.
If the products have been delivered, the Supplier reserves the right to reclaim them in accordance with the provisions of law n°85-98 of January 25, 1985.

5. Payment

Our goods are payable on RECEIPT OF INVOICE for all orders under €500 excluding VAT. For all orders over 501 € our terms of payment are 30 days from receipt of invoice. These terms are firm and do not take into account payment terms in excess of 30 days. Only our terms of payment are applicable. For customers outside mainland France, payment must be made before goods are dispatched. Any delay in payment will give rise to a penalty calculated on the basis of one and a half times the legal interest rate in force. In the event of non-payment, even partial, of one of the agreed instalments, for any of the deliveries, all sums due shall become immediately payable.

6. Allocation of powers

In the event of a dispute, the Tribunal de Commerce de Meaux shall have sole jurisdiction.

7. Return conditions

SEALS COMPANY accepts the return of goods in the event of an error within 14 days.
Returns exceeding 15 days will be made at 70% of the value of the order, and after 3 months, the value of the return will be 50%. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense.
Any packages that have been opened will not be returned or exchanged.
Refunds will be made by issuing a credit note.

8. Right of withdrawal for personalized products

IN APPLICATION OF ARTICLE L.221-28 OF THE CODE DE LA CONSOMMATION, WE ATTIRATE YOUR
ATTENTION TO THE FACT THAT YOU CANNOT EXERCISE YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FOR ANY PRODUCT CONFECTIONED TO YOUR SPECIFICATIONS OR CLEARLY PERSONALIZED.


Return of personalized products: as indicated and in accordance with current regulations, it is not possible to return personalized products.
Refunds: as indicated and in accordance with current regulations, it is not possible to cancel an order for a personalized product and request a refund. However, we exceptionally grant customers who contact us within 30 minutes of finalizing their order by email, telephone or chat, the right to modify an order and correct a personalized product.
After 30 minutes, the regulations in force will apply and it will not be possible to modify a personalized product. An exchange of a personalized product is only possible in the case of defective or damaged products.
